Frame lock
Frame lock for a two-wheeler, in particular a bicycle, e-bike or the like, with an external lock housing, a primary blocking element formed as a lock bracket, an internal lock housing connected to the external lock housing, which accommodates a lock cylinder and to which a pin receptacle for receiving a locking pin of a secondary blocking element is connected, a latch which is adjustable for locking the lock bracket between a locking position and an unlocking position, as well as a blocking part connected to the internal lock housing for locking the secondary blocking element.
In the case of a pure frame lock, the external lock housing is fixedly connected to the frame of the two-wheeler and a lock bracket engages in the locking position between the spokes of a wheel. This prevents an unauthorized third party from riding on the two-wheeler and driving it off. With the isolated use of such a frame lock, however, there is always the problem that an unauthorized third party can easily carry the bicycle so secured.
To avoid this, a combination of a frame lock with a lock bracket as a primary blocking element and a secondary blocking element, which can be designed in a known manner as a cable lock, chain lock or the like, is recommended. As a result, the two-wheeler can be additionally mounted on a fixed object, for example a terrain or the like. Such a combination thus has several advantages for the protection against theft of the two-wheeler secured therewith compared to an insulated lock bracket used.
Such frame locks, which are formed from a combination of a primary blocking element formed as a lock bracket and a secondary blocking element, have been known from the prior art for a long time.
Such a frame lock with a combination of a primary and a secondary blocking element is found, for example, in EP 1 418 301 A1. In this case, both the secondary blocking element and the primary blocking element are opened by adjusting a lock cylinder. To this end, in the closed state of the frame lock, the lock-loaded spring clip is fixed by a bolt in a blocking recess and the secondary blocking element is locked in a pin receptacle by a spring-loaded blocking member. If, when the lock cylinder is adjusted, the latch is brought from the locked position to the unlocked position, the lock clip is opened by the pre-tensioned spring. At the same time, the spring-reinforced blocking part is adjusted by a control curve formed on the lock bracket and thus brought outside the coupling of the locking pin, which can now be removed from the pin receptacle.
The solution disclosed in EP 1 418 3 02 A1, however, has the disadvantage that the formation of the control curve on the bracket is technically very expensive. Moreover, the mounting of the frame lock is extremely difficult due to the integration of the spring-loaded pin lock into the lock body.
The invention is based on the object of reducing the disadvantages stated above with a frame lock of the type mentioned at the outset.
According to the invention, this object is solved in the case of a frame lock of the type mentioned at the outset by the blocking part being formed as a spring-loaded blocking pin, and in the internal lock housing a blocking pin coupling for the action of the blocking pin on the locking pin in the locking pin. pin holder is fitted. Due to the formation of the spring action on the blocking pang, the use of an additional spring element is superfluous, whereby the number of building components used is reduced, which has a positive effect on the installation costs. The coupling of the blocking pin also ensures that the blocking pin can act on the locking pin in the pin holder through the internal lock housing to lock it.
It is furthermore advantageous for the frame lock if at least one guide rail is provided on the inner lock housing for holding and fixing the position of the blocking pin. Therefore, the blocking pin should only be pushed onto the internal lock housing, which has a positive influence on the installation costs.
Moreover, it has been proven to be advantageous for the invention if the blocking pin is formed from a U-shaped bracket and at least one L-shaped bracket for interaction with the at least one guide rail. Due to the U-shaped bracket of the blocking pin, the locking pin is locked in the locking receptacle. The at least L-shaped part of the blocking pin can easily be pushed into the guide rail of the inner lock housing during assembly, which has a positive influence on the installation costs and moreover ensures that the blocking pin has a correctly defined position. Moreover, this design of the blocking paw has achieved the spring action, which is essential for the way the lock functions.
For the way in which the lock functions, it is shown to be particularly advantageous if a blocking lock passage is arranged on the blocking pin in the internal lock housing for the action of the lock in the unlocking position. As a result, when the latch is adjusted from the locked position to the unlocked position, the latch can act on the locking pin and adjust it against its spring force. This leads to the fact that the blocking pin is brought outside the coupling with the closing pin of the secondary blocking element and can therefore be removed from the pin receptacle.
The user-friendliness of the frame lock has also been proven to be advantageous if a bracket equalizing element is connected to the internal lock housing for guiding the lock bracket. This prevents vibrations occurring during the ride that lead to unwanted background noise.
In addition, it is shown to be particularly advantageous if a bracket clamping clamp for the radial position fixation of the lock bracket is connected to the internal lock housing, preferably in the center and in the region of the latch. This ensures that, when the bolt is adjusted from the unlocking position to the locked position, the lock clip engages with the clip against the clip and is therefore always in engagement with the bolt. This also has a positive influence on the operational safety of the primary blocking element. In addition, the clip-spanning clip provides additional protection, since the clip clamped by the clip is protected against manipulations by unauthorized third parties.
Moreover, it has been proven to be advantageous if a U-shaped shape with two legs is connected to the clip spanning the bracket. Due to the U-shaped shape of the clamp spanning the bracket, the lock bracket is completely enclosed in the region of the latch and is therefore protected against manipulations of third parties, which has a positive effect on protection against theft.
Moreover, it is shown to be particularly advantageous if at least one retaining element is connected to the internal lock housing for holding the clip that surrounds the lock bracket in the region of the latch. By using the at least one retaining element, the bracket-spanning clamp can be easily mounted, which has a positive effect on the mounting costs.
It is furthermore advantageous for the invention if corresponding openings for the interaction with the at least one retaining element are connected to the legs of the U-shaped bracket. This also has a favorable effect on assembly costs.
In the context of the invention it is furthermore advantageous if a locking pin ejecting element is connected to the lock bracket and / or to the internal lock housing. This has the advantage that with a closed primary blocking element, an adjustment of the lock cylinder results in the automatic opening of the primary blocking element. Moreover, by using a closing pin ejector element, when the lock cylinder is opened, the closing pin of the secondary blocking element is automatically ejected from the pin receptacle. As a result, the user-friendliness of the frame lock according to the invention is clearly increased.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment represented in the drawing; show there:
FIG. 1 an exploded view of the frame lock,
FIG. 2 is a perspective cross-sectional view of the frame lock, and
FIG. 3 is a detail view of the frame lock with a cut-through internal lock housing and a cut-over bracket spanning clip.
Figure 1 shows an exploded view of a frame lock 1 according to the invention. An internal lock housing 2 and an external lock housing 3 accommodating this can be seen. The legs formed on the external lock housing 3 are clearly visible and serve for receiving a lock bracket 4. This can be adjusted manually against a return spring 5 and engages in the closed position, in the locked position, in the spokes of a wheel of a two-wheeler. In addition to the lock bracket 4, which serves as the primary blocking element 15, there is also a secondary blocking element 12 with a locking pin 6, which can be locked in a pin receptacle 7 formed on the internal lock housing 2. For locking the closing pin 4, a blocking part formed as a locking pin 8 is provided. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the blocking clamp 8 is formed from a U-shaped bracket 9 and two L-shaped brackets 10. The L-shaped brackets 10 can be held in guide rails 11 arranged for this purpose on the internal lock housing 2 and are arranged on the U-shaped bracket 9 in such a way that a spring force is created which fixes the closing pin 6 of the secondary blocking element 12 in the pin receptacle 7 . To that end, the U-shaped bracket 9 of the blocking pin 8 engages, by the blocking pin coupling 13, which is formed on the internal lock housing 2, in a blocking groove 14 formed on the closing pin 6 of the secondary blocking element 12. Two blocking recesses 16 are also clearly visible, which are formed on the lock bracket 4 and which define the locking position and the open position of the primary blocking element 15. In the context of the invention, it is also conceivable that only a blocking recess 16 is formed on the lock bracket 4, which only fixes the locking position. Figure 1 also shows a latch 18 adjustable by the adjustment of a lock cylinder 17 between a closed position and an opening position, which latch is accommodated in the internal lock housing 2. A U-shaped bracket spanning clamp 19 can also be seen, which encloses the lock bracket 4 in the region of the latch 18. The bracket spanning clamp 19 has openings 26 in the region of its legs for interaction with corresponding retaining elements 20 which are arranged on the internal lock housing 2. A torsion spring 21, shown in Figure 1, serves to generate a resilient spring force which transfers the lock cylinder 17 from the open position to the locking position. A bracket equalizing element 22 guiding the lock bracket 4 is also visible from the illustration. The stirrup equalizing element 22 serves to reduce vibrations that are induced by the lock stirrup 4 during the journey.
Figure 2 shows a frame lock 1 according to the invention and mounted in the open state. It can be seen that the lock bracket 4 is connected to the external lock housing 3 via the spring 6, which is relaxed in the open condition of the primary blocking element 15 and exerts a recoiling spring force when closing the lock bracket 4. As can be further seen from the figure, the internal lock housing 2 connected to the external lock housing 3 accommodates, in addition to the lock cylinder 17, the pin receptacle 7 for the locking pin 6 of the secondary blocking element 12. The blocking pin 8, which can be seen via the blocking pin coupling 13 acts on the closing pin 6 of the secondary blocking element 12. The blocking pin 8 is thereby formed such that it exerts a spring action which locks the closing pin 6 in the splitting receptacle 7. The guide rail 11 formed on the internal lock housing 2 for holding and fixing the position of the blocking pin 8 is also clearly visible. As a result, the blocking pin 8 can simply be slid onto the internal lock housing 2 during assembly, as a result of which its position is fixed. The bracket equalizing element 22, which guides the lock bracket 4, to reduce vibrations occurring during the ride and noise associated therewith, is fastened by a bolt 23 against the internal lock housing 2. By using a bracket around clamping clamp 19, the lock bracket 4 is additionally guided and its radial position is fixed.
The detail view shown in Figure 3 shows a view of the internal lock housing 2. To that end, the internal lock housing 2 and the clip-spanning clamp 19 are shown cut-through. In addition to the locking pin coupling 13, it is also clearly visible that a lock passage 24. In the closed state of the frame lock 1, the lock 18 is coupled to the blocking recess 16 of the lock bracket 4 which defines the open position. If the lock cylinder 17 is now adjusted by the user, the latch 18 is brought out of the coupling with the blocking recess 16 of the lock bracket 4 and pressed against the blocking pin 8 through the latch passage 24. As a result of this adjustment, which takes place against the spring action of the blocking pin 8, the blocking pin 8 is now brought out of the coupling with the closing pin 6 of the secondary blocking element 12. As a result, on the one hand the closing pin 6 of the secondary blocking element 12 can be removed from the pin receptacle 7, and moreover also the lock bracket 4 can be adjusted. It is also provided that the closing pin 6 is ejected from the pin receptacle 7 by a closing pin ejecting element 25. When closing the frame lock 1, the latch 18 is now brought into engagement with the blocking recess 16 of the lock bracket 4 defined in the closing position. Owing to a conical shape of the closing pin 6 of the secondary blocking element 12, the secondary blocking element 12 can then also be introduced into the pin receptacle 7 when the blocking pin 8 is not adjusted by the blocking latch 18. The opening of the frame lock 1 takes place in reverse order. By adjusting the latch 18, the lock bracket 4 is pulled out of the bicycle spokes by the return force of the return element formed as a spring 5 and locked in the lock recess 16 of the lock bracket 4 which defines the open position. blocking pin 8 is brought outside the coupling with the closing pin 6 of the secondary blocking element 12 and the closing pin ejecting element 25 then actively closes the closing pin 6 from the internal lock housing 2, but can also be re-inserted without having to close the locking bracket 4.
